1.1 In accordance with 33.1 of the Volleyball Victoria Constitution, these By-Laws are adopted by the Volleyball Victoria Board
1.2 These By-Laws set out the rules that apply to the conduct and administration of the Victorian Volleyball League under the auspices of Volleyball Victoria and shall be known as the Victorian Volleyball League (VVL) By-Laws.
1.3 The Youth State League By-Laws are to be applied in conjunction with the Victorian Volleyball League By-Laws with any disputes to be decided by the Referee Delegate or Volleyball Victoria.
1.3.1 The Youth State League By-Laws are in Appendix A of these By-Laws.
