36. Referee Delegate

36.1 VV shall nominate a Referee Delegate for each Victorian Volleyball League Regular Season and Finals Series round who will ensure that all scheduled Victorian Volleyball League matches are conducted according to the FIVB Rules and these By-Laws.

36.2 The Referee Delegate shall resolve any protests or disputes which require their intervention during the Victorian Volleyball League rounds and make decisions in situations not covered by the FIVB Rules or State League By-Laws. The Referee Delegate has the right to make rulings after a match completion to ensure matches are not held up unnecessarily.
