34.1 Tribunals may be held in accordance with the “Victorian Volleyball League Dispute and Procedures Flow Chart”.
34.2 There are 2 types of tribunals:
34.3 A tribunal for behaviour reasons would be convened if it is reported that the conduct of a player, coach, club representative, match official or any other stakeholder was to bring the game of volleyball into disrepute or breaches VV’s Child Safety Act.
34.3.1 The incident may have occurred before, during or after a Victorian Volleyball League round or within the confines of the match stadium, or the stadium’s immediate surrounds or elsewhere if directly related to Victorian Volleyball League activity of any sort.
34.3.2 Reportable conduct also includes conduct relating to volleyball which occurs by email, telephone or computer and includes cyber bullying.
34.3.3 The VV tournament officer must act to convene the tribunal if a report is made.
34.4 A tribunal for technical reasons would be convened if it was reported that the outcome of an on-the-spot protest resolution was not accepted by a team in its entirety and noted down in the comments section on the scoresheet after the conclusion of the match and prior to the team's captain signing the scoresheet.
34.4.1 The VV Senior Events Manager must act to convene the tribunal if a report is made by the Club Delegate or Club President
