17. Junior Players

17.1 Any player from Junior Premier League and/or Youth State League that wishes to participate in the State League or Premier League must play for the same club.
 

17.1.1 If a Youth State League player’s club is not participating in the Premier League, State League or Junior Premier League competition, that player may participate for any other club (one club only) with a Financial Clearance from their Youth State League club team.

17.2 No person under 15 years of age shall be permitted to participate in the Victorian Volleyball League Premier League or State League competitions’ unless permission has been granted by VV. VV shall require the U15 Parental Waiver form to be completed and submitted to VV before such a request will be considered.
