4. Composition of Victorian Volleyball League

4.1 The Victorian Volleyball League is the term used to describe all elements of the league and shall comprise of the following male and female gender competitions:

• Premier League One
• Premier League Two
• Junior Premier League
• State League One
• State League Two
• State League Three
• Youth State League U17
• Youth State League U15
   

4.1.1 VV in its sole discretion has the right to establish further competitions before 30 March 2024 subject to team entries exceeding the maximum number of entries. 

4.2 The Premier League competition must comprise of at least eight teams. VV in its sole discretion has the right to allow for exemptions to this By-Law.
 

4.3 VV in its sole discretion has the right to provide exemptions to these By-Laws where there is positive impact on the competition.
