13. Meetings

13.1 VV must hold a minimum of three (3) meetings of Club Delegates (known as Delegate’s Meetings) each calendar year to discuss various aspects of Victorian volleyball, including the Victorian Volleyball League.

13.2 VV may hold a Technical Meeting(s) before or during each Victorian Volleyball League season if it is deemed required.
 

13.2.1 Each team must send one (1) representative (preferably the Coach) to that meeting. Where the changes between seasons do not necessitate a technical meeting, VV may choose another form of communication to provide information for the season to the Clubs.
