23. Team/Squad Lists

23.1 A team list may consist of:

• Up to fourteen (14) players.
• One (1) coach.
• Four (4) team staff.
   

23.2 The below table is a guide as to the number of liberos a team may designate per match on the team list.

23.3 Each Club must also provide complete club list to VV via excel spreadsheet by 15 March for each of its entered teams. The list must include :

• first and last names of each player (no numbers); and
• first and last names of the team staff
   

23.3.1 Club lists must be updated by the Club as required during the season, ensuring all eligibility requirements to participate in the competition are adhered to.
 

23.4 Match day team lists are required to be submitted to the VV office, by 48 hours before match day:

23.4.1 Premier League, State League, Youth State League U15 – 9am Thursday each week

23.4.2 Youth State League U17 – 9am Wednesday each week 

23.5 On match days, changes to the team lists can be made on the scoresheets prior to the end of warm up.

23.6.1 Where a Player needs to be added to the scoresheet and insufficient space remains, the comments section of the scoresheet may be used. Players who will not be participating in the match should be deleted from the scoresheet.
 

23.6.2  Prior to the signing of the team list by both the coach and captain, if a Team's player is injured or unable to play and would like to sit on the team bench then that player cannot be listed as a player on the team list but may be listed as part of the team staff on the team list. The coach must ensure that in listing that player as part of the team staff, the number of staff members on the team list is not exceeded .
